  • Classes and Training Sessions: Refunds for individual classes or training sessions must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.

  • Products: Physical products such as supplements, apparel, and equipment can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

  • Products: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
